Three decades of residential and light-commercial work across Southern California — from single-family additions in the San Gabriel Valley to ground-up townhomes in the Inland Empire. Dual-licensed as an Architect and General Contractor, Anthony runs every project with the same hand that drew it: drawings reconciled in the field, framing inspected by the architect of record, finishes specified by the builder who has to install them. Member, AIA. Continuing inspections officer for two regional plan-check programs.

Engineering rigor applied to construction operations. Founding engineer at Textura, the construction-finance platform later acquired by Oracle that processes billion-dollar-monthly volume for general contractors and developers nationally. A licensed General Contractor in California (Class B) with hands-on design experience, Shuo bridges the systems side with the build side — drafting scope, reviewing details, and walking the job on the same projects he runs the books for. At R&Y, Shuo owns scheduling, draw management, and financial transparency: every client sees the same dashboards we do — milestones, line items, pending change orders, and where the money is, in real time. Software is the back office. The building is the product.

A 1962 single-story ranch on a deep lot in Walnut. We reorganized the main residence around a recovered north–south axis, then sited a detached one-bedroom ADU at the rear, preserving three mature California pepper trees and the original concrete drive.

Engineered shearwalls and a continuous load path resolved the structural changes without exposed steel. The two volumes are linked by a decomposed-granite courtyard that doubles as fire-department access.
